Since Weisshaupt is pretty close to the Imperium, I don"t see why our new protagonist wouldn"t wander by there at some point and see a pile of bones or ashes, and a note written by the Warden Commander/Hero of Ferelden. Or one of their lovers will probably be there to say something (Zevran is travelling with them if romanced, Leliana is in the area with the Herald, Alistair if still a Warden, Morrigan is apparently everywhere already.

My Hero of Ferelden was a human mage guy, in general he is a good person and tries to save as many lives as he can always pushing himself to the limit, but he also follow Grey Warden GREY logic by which i mean that blight must be stopped whatever it takes and this has brought him to using Blood Magic being tempted by it"s power and realizing that in the end Jowan was right.
